ការសម្រេចបាននូវវិញ្ញាបនបត្រអនុលោមភាព​សារពើពន្ធ «មាស» ជាប់ៗ​គ្នា​នេះ គឺជាសមិទ្ធផល​ដ៏សំខាន់មួយសម្រាប់​ធនាគារពាណិជ្ជ ឈី​ហ្វ (​ខេ​ម​បូ​ឌា​) ម​.​ក ​​ក្នុង​នាម​ជាស្ថាប័នហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដែលមានការទទួលខុសត្រូវ និងប្រកបដោយក្រមសីលធម៌។
