ភ្នំពេញ, ថ្ងៃពុធ ទី១៣ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ -  ឯកឧត្តម ហែម វណ្ណឌី រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាបរធនបាលនៃសហគ្រិនខ្មែរ បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាបរធនបាលលើកទី ១៨ ដើម្បីបូកសរុបការងារ និងវាយតម្លៃសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗដែលសម្រេចបានត្រឹមឆមាសទី១ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។  កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ក៏បានសម្រេចលើការកំណត់យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តជាបន្តដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបនឹងស្ថានភាពបច្ចុប្បន្ន និងចក្ខុវិស័យនាពេលអនាគតក្នុងការ លើកស្ទួយ និងពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីសហគ្រិនភាពនៅកម្ពុជា។
ចំណុចសំខាន់នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំ គឺការស្នើអនុម័តគម្រោងជាច្រើនរបស់សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបឲ្យទាន់នឹងសភាពការណ៍ សេដ្ឋកិច្ចបច្ចុប្បន្ន ក្នុងនោះរួមមាន៖
●    កម្មវិធីកញ្ចប់ជំនួយសហគ្រិនខ្មែរ លើកទី១៣ បន្តបើកពាក្យ និងផ្តល់ជំនួយហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដល់សហគ្រិនក្នុងស្រុកទូទាំង ប្រទេសសំដៅ លើការអភិវឌ្ឍផលិតផល និងពង្រីកទីផ្សារ។
●    កម្មវិធីសហគ្រិនវិទ្យាល័យ និង កម្មវិធីសហគ្រិនមហាវិទ្យាល័យ ក៏បានពង្រីកវិសាលភាព និងជំរុញភាពប្រកួតប្រជែង កាន់តែស្វិតស្វាញនៅទូទាំងប្រទេស។ កម្មវិធីទាំងពីរនេះបានសាបព្រោះវប្បធម៌សហគ្រិនភាពដោយផ្ទាល់ទៅកាន់ សិស្សានុសិស្សនិងនិស្សិតសរុបជាង ៨.៣០០ នាក់ដែលបានដាក់ពាក្យចូលរួមបង្ហាញគំនិតអាជីវកម្មរបស់ពួកគេនៅ ក្នុងឆ្នាំនេះ។  
●    យុទ្ធនាការដែលសហគ្រិនខ្មែរគ្រោងនឹងធ្វើឡើងបណ្តាក់គ្នាក្នុងអំឡុងពេលខាងមុខនេះក៏ជាយន្តការជំរុញ និងលើកទឹកចិត្តសហគ្រិនយ៉ាងផុសផុលដូចជា៖
១) ការប្រគល់ពានរង្វាន់សហគ្រិនឆ្នើមជាច្រើនផ្នែក រាប់ចាប់ពីវិទ្យាល័យរហូតដល់កម្រិតសហគ្រាសធុនមីក្រូ តូច និងមធ្យម។ ២) ការជួបជុំសហគ្រិនក្នុងស្រុកដើម្បីចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងការជំរុញលទ្ធភាពទទួលបានការ វិនិយោគពីវិនិយោគិនក្នុងនិងក្រៅប្រទេស។ ៣) ការកសាងទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយស្ថាប័នកសាងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ី សហគ្រិនភាពមកពីតំបន់អាស៊ី។ ៤) ការផ្គូផ្គង សហគ្រាសជាមួយតំណាងផ្សារទំនើបក្នុងស្រុកនានាជាដើម។  

ថ្លែងនៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះដែរ ឯកឧត្ដម ហែម វណ្ណឌី បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖ “គម្រោងផ្តួចផ្តើមរបស់ សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ បានបង្ហាញពីប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ក្នុងការគាំទ្រសហគ្រិនក្នុងស្រុក និងបង្កើតឱកាសការងារ។ សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ នៅតែបន្តរក្សាកម្មវិធីស្នូលដែលមានស្រាប់,ពង្រីកគម្រោងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តបន្ថែម,និងដើរតួនាទីជាស្ពានដ៏សំខាន់មួយរវាងសហគ្រាសធុនតូចនិងមធ្យមជាមួយសហគ្រាសខ្នាតធំដើម្បីជំរុញឲ្យមានភាពប្រទាក់ក្រឡាគ្នាដែលមានភាពធន់និងនិរន្តរភាព។ដើម្បីពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីនេះបន្ថែមទៀត យើងត្រូវបណ្តុះផ្នត់គំនិតសហគ្រិនបន្ថែម រីឯធុរកិច្ចថ្មី និង សហគ្រាស ធុនតូចនិងមធ្យម គួរសហការគ្នាដើម្បី សម្រេចបាននូវកម្លាំងប្រមូលផ្តុំ លើកកម្ពស់ភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត ការរៀនសូត្រ និងការរីកចម្រើនរួមគ្នា”។

ឯកឧត្ដមបណ្ឌិត ឈៀង វណ្ណមុនិណ្ឌ ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ទទួលបន្ទុកជានាយកប្រតិបត្តិសហគ្រិនខ្មែរ បានបញ្ជាក់ពី គោលជំហរថា៖"សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ បាននិងកំពុងចូលរួមជាកម្លាំងក្នុងការជំរុញកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចតាមរយៈការលើកកម្ពស់ ការបង្កើត ផលិតផល និងសេវាកម្ម ដែលមានភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត និងមានតម្រូវការទីផ្សារជាក់ស្តែង។ ក្នុងបរិបទសេដ្ឋកិច្ចបច្ចុប្បន្ន ការជំរុញធុរកិច្ចថ្មីក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ ជារបត់ដ៏សំខាន់មួយដើម្បីធានាបាននូវការរីកចម្រើន ភាពបត់បែន និងភាពធន់។ លើសពីនេះទៅទៀត ការផ្សារភ្ជាប់សហគ្រាសធុនតូចនិងមធ្យម ទៅនឹងបុគ្គលិកមានជំនាញជាជម្រើស អាទិភាពដើម្បីបង្កើតឱកាសការងារ និងលើកកម្ពស់ភាពប្រកួតប្រជែង"។
នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាបរធនបាល បានបង្ហាញការបន្តគាំទ្រចក្ខុវិស័យរបស់សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ ក្នុងការរួមចំណែកកសាង ប្រព័ន្ធនវានុវត្តន៍, ជំរុញកំណើនធុរកិច្ច, និងលើកកម្ពស់ភាពជាដៃគូជាមួយដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធនៅក្នុង ប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីសហគ្រិនភាពដើម្បីបង្កើតបរិយាកាសអំណោយផលសម្រាប់ធុរកិច្ចថ្មី និង សហគ្រាសធុនតូចនិងមធ្យម នៅកម្ពុជា។

Khmer Enterprise Prioritizes Boosting Production and Strengthening Entrepreneurial Capacity to Create Local Job Opportunities
Phnom Penh, Wednesday, August 13, 2025 – H.E. Hem Vanndy, Minister of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI) and Chairman of the Khmer Enterprise (KE) Board of Trustees, presided over the 18th Board of Trustees Meeting to review and evaluate the key achievements from the first half of 2025 and to set strategic directions responding to current economic trends and future vision for promoting and strengthening our entrepreneurial ecosystem. 
Highlights were the approvals of several forward-looking programs aimed at addressing local economic demands, which include:
●    The 13th Khmer Enterprise Assistance Package continues to open applications and provide financial support to local entrepreneurs nationwide, focusing on product development and market expansion.
●    The HighschoolPreneur and UniPreneur programs have expanded in scope and intensified competitiveness across the country. Through these two initiatives, Khmer Enterprise has directly fostered an entrepreneurial mindset among more than 8,300 students who have submitted their business ideas this year.
●    Upcoming Entrepreneurial Campaigns are also set to inspire and energize the entrepreneurial community. These campaigns will include 1) national-level awards recognizing outstanding entrepreneurs across sectors—from high school to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs); 2) local entrepreneur gatherings aimed at increasing sharing knowledge to access to investment opportunities from both domestic and international investors; 3) building network between ecosystem builders across Asia; and 4) business matching events with many local supermarket representatives.
Speaking at the meeting, H.E. Hem Vanndy emphasized: “Khmer Enterprise’s initiatives have proven highly effective in supporting local entrepreneurs and generating employment opportunities. Khmer Enterprise continues to safeguard core programs, strategically expand existing projects, and serve as a vital bridge between SMEs and large corporations for better integration, resilience, and sustainability.  To further strengthen our ecosystem, we need to cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets. Startups and SMEs should organize into collaborative clusters as a power of aggregation to  promote innovation, learning, and growth.” 
H.E. Dr. Chhieng Vanmunin, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of Khmer Enterprise, affirmed that: “ Khmer Enterprise is a force in driving economic growth through the creation of innovative products and services that meet market demands. In the current economic context, promoting startups to adapt and adopt technologies and innovations is a crucial step to ensure sustainable growth, adaptability, and resilience. Moreover, linking small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with skilled professionals is a top priority to generate job opportunities and competitiveness.”
The Board of Trustees expressed its continued support for Khmer Enterprise's vision of fostering innovation, supporting business growth, and strengthening partnerships with development agencies and stakeholders within the entrepreneurial ecosystem to create a vibrant environment for startups and SMEs in Cambodia.
