នៅថ្ងៃទី២ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ និងសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា បានសហការរួមគ្នា ចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា ក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍទៅដល់សហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម។
ពិធីចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នានេះ ត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងក្នុងវេទិកាធុរកិច្ច និងនវានុវត្តន៍២០២៥ ជាកម្មវិធីមួយ ក្នុងវេទិកាប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា។ ដៃគូហត្ថលេខីដែលបានចូលរួម មាន អ្នកឧកញ៉ា គិត ម៉េង ប្រធានសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាពិគ្រោះយោបល់ធុរកិច្ចអាស៊ាន សម្រាប់កម្ពុជា និងឯកឧត្ដមបណ្ឌិត ឈៀង វណ្ណមុនិណ្ឌ ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជានាយកប្រតិបត្តិ នៃសហគ្រិនខ្មែរ។
ថ្លែងក្នុងឱកាសនោះដែរ អ្នកឧកញ៉ា គិត ម៉េង ប្រធានសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាពិគ្រោះ យោបល់ធុរកិច្ចអាស៊ានសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា បានមានប្រសាសន៍គូសបញ្ជាក់ថា៖ “អនុស្សរណៈនេះគឺដើម្បីផ្តល់នូវ ក្របខ័ណ្ឌទូទៅ និងវិសាលភាពសម្រាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងសកម្មភាពរវាងសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា និងសហគ្រិនខ្មែរ ក្នុងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តទៅវិញទៅមកក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាពនិងផ្ដល់ ផលប្រយោជន៍ដល់សហគ្រិន អ្នកចាប់ផ្តើមអាជីវកម្ម និងសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យមនៅកម្ពុជា។”
ឯកឧត្ដមបណ្ឌិត ឈៀង វណ្ណមុនិណ្ឌ ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជានាយកប្រតិបត្តិនៃសហគ្រិនខ្មែរ បានមាន ប្រសាសន៍ថា៖ “កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនេះ បានឱ្យសហគ្រិនខ្មែរ មានឱកាសជំរុញគោលនយោបាយ និងការគាំទ្រ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈបណ្តាញដ៏ធំទូលំទូលាយរបស់សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា ដូចជា សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មខេត្ត ដែលផ្តល់ជាប្រយោជន៍ទៅដល់សមាជិករបស់ខ្លួន និងសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យមនៅ ទូទាំងប្រទេស។”
ពិធីចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នានេះ មានគោលបំណងជំរុញដល់កិច្ចសហការ រវាងសហគ្រិនខ្មែរ និងសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា។ គួររំលេចផងដែរថា ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរបានធ្វើការរួមគ្នា ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០២២ មកម្ល៉េះ។ ក្នុងនោះបានអនុវត្តគម្រោង ដែលមានម្ចាស់សហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យមសរុប ចំនួន ៤.៦២៩ នាក់ បានទទួលផលតាមរយៈការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល សិក្ខាសាលា និងកសាងបណ្តាញទំនាក់ទំនង ដើម្បីចាប់យកឱកាស និងពង្រីកទីផ្សារ។
On 2 July 2025, Khmer Enterprise (KE) and the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce (CCC) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding that aims to foster collaboration and development for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
The MoU was signed during the Business and Innovation Forum 2025 as part of the annual conference organized by the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce. The signatory parties were Neak Oknha Kith Meng, President of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council Cambodia and H.E. Dr. Chhieng Vanmunin, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as CEO of Khmer Enterprise.
Speaking on the occasion, Neak Oknha Kith Meng, President of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council Cambodia, emphasized that “this memorandum serves as a foundational framework for fostering cooperation between the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and Khmer Enterprise. This mutual commitment aims to promote a sustainable business ecosystem and support the growth and development of entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Cambodia.”
“The partnership allows KE to push the policies and support from the Royal Government of Cambodia through the vast network, such as CCC’s provincial chambers, which benefits members and SMEs across the country,” said H.E. Dr. Chhieng Vanmunin, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as the CEO of Khmer Enterprise.
The MoU aimed to foster a strong collaboration between KE and CCC. It is important to highlight that both parties have been collaborating on various programs since 2022. These programs have reached approximately 4,629 business owners through training, workshops, seminars, and networking to open and expand market opportunities.
