នៅថ្ងៃទី ៣០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៤  ភូមិប្រឡាយបៃតងបានសម្រេចចុះ MOU ជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុនចំនួន ៤ ដែលជាការសហការគ្នាជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុនសឹង្ហបុរី និង កម្ពុជា ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍លើផ្ទៃដី ៣៦ ហិចតា ក្នុងខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។ ដោយបង្កើតឱ្យមាននូវចំណុចស្នូលសំខាន់ទាំង៤នៅកន្លែងតែមួយ រួមមាន៖ លំនៅឋានបែបទំនើប សាលារៀន មន្ទីរពេទ្យ និងកន្លែងកំសាន្ត ក្នុងការកែប្រែឱ្យខេត្តកំពង់ធំក្លាយជា គោលដៅឈានមុខគេក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាក្នុងវិស័យសុខុមាលភាព ការរស់នៅប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព និងទេសចរណ៍ធម្មជាតិ។

ចំពោះក្រុមហ៊ុនដែលបានធ្វើការចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់គ្នាជាមួយប្រឡាយបៃតងលើគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នេះ រួមមាន ៖

• ក្រុមហ៊ុន H Healthcare Ber​had ៖ ជាក្រុមហ៊ុនចុះបញ្ជីនៅម៉ាឡេស៊ីដែលមានឯកទេសខាងផ្នែកសេវាវេជ្ជសាស្រ្ត និងសុខភាព។ ភាពជាដៃគូនេះនឹងបង្កើតសម្ព័ន្ធភាពជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រដើម្បីផ្តល់កន្លែងថែទាំសុខភាព និងការព្យាបាលដ៏ទូលំទូលាយនៅក្នុងបរិវេណភូមិប្រឡាយបៃតងនេះ។
• ក្រុមហ៊ុន Charge​Plus (Cambodia) Co., Ltd ៖ ជាក្រុមហ៊ុនផ្តល់សេវា EV Charging ឈានមុខគេ និងធំជាងគេក្នុងប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី ដែលកំពុងមានវត្តមាននៅក្នុងប្រទេសអាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ចំនួន ៥ ផ្សេងទៀត។ ហើយនៅពេលឆាប់ៗខាងមុខនព ក្រុមហ៊ុនមួយនេះនឹងបង្ហាញវត្តមានរបស់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា​ ក្នុងការបង្កើតស្ថានីយ៍សាកថ្ម 2-Gun AC EV ដែលមានកម្មសិទ្ធិរបស់ Charge​​Plus សម្រាប់ម្ចាស់រថយន្ត EV ។

• ក្រុមហ៊ុន Affinity Star Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd ៖ ជាក្រុមហ៊ុនធានារ៉ាប់រងដែលមានអាជ្ញាប័ណ្ណពេញទទួលស្គាល់ដោយក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុរបស់កម្ពុជា Affinity Star មានបទពិសោធន៍ជាង 40 ឆ្នាំក្នុងការផ្តល់សេវាធានារ៉ាប់រងនៅកម្ពុជា។ ហើយតាមរយៈការចុះ MOU នេះនឹងកំណត់ក្រុមហ៊ុន Affinity Star ជាដៃគូធានារ៉ាប់រងដ៏សំខាន់របស់ ភូមិប្រឡាយបៃតង ដោយផ្តល់នូវការធានារ៉ាប់រងយ៉ាងទូលំទូលាយសម្រាប់ការទិញផ្ទះវីឡា និងអគារពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។
• ក្រុមហ៊ុន Phillip Trustee (Cambodia) Co., Ltd ៖ ធនាគារ ហ្វីលីព ភីអិលស៊ី, Phillip Trustee ជាក្រុមហ៊ុនផ្តល់នូវ សេវាកម្មទុកចិត្តក្នុងការផ្តល់មូលនិធិ និងដើរតួនាទីជាអន្តរការីសម្រាប់ប្រតិបត្តិការ escrow អចលនទ្រព្យ។ ហើយតាមរយៈ MOU នេះនឹងផ្តល់អំណាចដល់ភូមិប្រឡាយបៃតងក្នុងការធ្វើការជាមួយ Phillip Trustee ក្នុងការផ្តល់ជូននូវសេវាកម្មធានាសុវត្ថិភាពសម្រាប់អតិថិជនទាំងអស់ដែលទិញអចលនទ្រព្យនៅក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍនេះ។

តាមរយៈការចូលរួមជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុនទាំង៤នេះ នឹងធ្វើឱ្យ ភូមិប្រឡាយបៃតង ទទួលបានសក្តានុពលកាន់តែខ្លាំងជាងមុនលើការភិវឌ្ឍគម្រោងរបស់ខ្លួនទៅលើវិស័យនេះ ជាមួយនឹងការធានាបាននូវការអភិវឌ្ឍផ្តល់នូវភាពពិសេស និង ទំនុកចិត្តខ្ពស់ សម្រាប់អតិថិជន។
