Prince Bank Expresses Full Support for National Bank of Cambodia’s Relief Measures for Soldiers and Conflict-Affected Civilians
Prince Bank Plc. stands in full support of the recent measures announced by the National Bank of Cambodia (NBC), following the call by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to assist those affected by the ongoing Cambodia-Thailand border conflict.
In alignment with the spirit of national solidarity and compassion, Prince Bank is committed to implementing fully the NBC’s directives to support displaced civilians, frontline soldiers, and the families of those who have sacrificed for the nation.
As outlined by the NBC, and following consultations with the Association of Banks in Cambodia (ABC) and the Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA), Prince Bank will proactively apply all the recommended relief measures immediately.
In addition; Prince Bank will cancel completely loans for the families of fallen soldiers or their co-borrowers, notwithstanding the amount.
Further, Prince Bank will continue to support other impacted borrowers through loan restructuring in line with NBC guidelines and will consider further assistance for returning workers from Thailand and frontline military personnel, within our financial capacity.
