វិស័យមូលបត្រនៅកម្ពុជាទទួលបានការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសម្បើម ពីព្រោះក្រុមហ៊ុន​មូលបត្រ​ ភីភី លីង និងក្រុមហ៊ុន ខេមបូឌាន ដេរីវ៉េទីវ អ៊ិចឆេង ដែលជាក្រុមហ៊ុនសមភាគីកណ្ដាលរបស់ខ្លួន បានសហការគ្នារៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាជួបជុំដ៏ធំមួយដែលអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យវិនិយោគិនបរទេសជាច្រើនរូបបានស្វែងយល់ និងទទួលយកឱកាសវិនិយោគនៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

កម្មវិធីនេះត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងនៅថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅអគារហ្គោលដិន ថាវវើរ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ៖ «ជំនួបវិនិយោគិនបរទេសសក្តានុពលក្នុងបរិបទវិស័យមូលបត្រនៅកម្ពុជា» និង បានទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវបរទេសប្រមាណ ១៥០នាក់ មកពីប្រទេសចិន សិង្ហបុរី ម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងប្រទេសផ្សេងៗទៀត។

ក្រៅ​ពី​វត្ដមាន​ភ្ញៀវអន្តរជាតិ​យ៉ាង​ច្រើនកុះករ​​ ជំនួបដ៏ធំអស្ចារ្យនេះក៏ត្រូវ​បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាកិត្ដិយសដោយ​ ឯកឧត្ដម បណ្ឌិត វិន ភក្តី អគ្គនាយករងនៃនិយ័តករមូលបត្រកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ វត្ដមានថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំចំនួនបីរូប ដែលមានបទពិសោធជាច្រើនឆ្នាំក្នុងវិស័យវិនិយោគហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ​ បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញពីចំណេះដឹង និងទស្សនៈសំខាន់ៗជុំវិញស្ថានភាពវិនិយោគហិរញ្ញវត្ថុរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជានិងពិភពលោក និងការត្រៀមខ្លួនសម្រាប់ឱកាសនានា។

វាគ្មិនទី១ គឺលោកបណ្ឌិត Raymond Choi ដែលជាប្រធានសមាគមពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា-ចិន  ឬ Cambodia Chinese Commerce Association (CCCA) បានទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវកិត្ដិយស ជាពិសេសភ្ញៀវអន្តរជាតិ ជាមួយការយល់ឃើញយ៉ាងស៊ីជម្រៅអំពីការធ្វើអាជីវកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា ដោយផ្អែកទៅតាមទស្សនៈវិនិយោគិនហុងកុង។ កាន់តែពិសេស ជំនាញ និងបទពិសោធរបស់លោកបណ្ឌិត Raymond Choi បានផ្ដល់ចំណេះដឹងយ៉ាងទូលំទូលាយអំពីទិដ្ឋភាពធុរកិច្ចក្នុងស្រុក និងបរិយាកាសវិនិយោគទូទៅ ក៏ដូចជាបានជួយត្រួសត្រាយផ្លូវសម្រាប់ការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងភាពជាដៃគូបន្ថែមនៅក្នុងទីផ្សារកម្ពុជា។

វាគ្មិនទី២ គឺសាស្រ្តាចារ្យបណ្ឌិត Albert Tan ដែលជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការម៉ាកយីហោកំពូលអាស៊ីប៉ាស៊ីហ្វិក ឬ Asia Pacific TOP Excellence Brand Committee បានបំភ្លឺអ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់អំពីអនាគតដ៏ជោគជ័យរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាក្នុងមួយទសវត្សរ៍បន្ទាប់។ ទស្សនវិស័យប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិត និងការវិភាគរបស់សាស្រ្តាចារ្យទៅលើគន្លងកំណើនរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងរយៈពេលដប់ឆ្នាំខាងមុខ បានធ្វើឱ្យអ្នកចូលរួមទទួលបានការបំផុសគំនិតថ្មី និងសុទិដ្ឋិនិយមខ្ពស់អំពីលទ្ធភាព និងឱកាសដ៏ច្រើនដែលត្រូវចាប់យកនៅពេលខាងមុខ។

ជាចុងក្រោយ លោក Lawrence Kook អភិបាលគ្រប់គ្រងនៃក្រុមហ៊ុន ខេមបូឌាន ដេរីវ៉េទីវ អ៊ិចឆេង បានបង្ហាញនូវយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ និងវិធីសាស្រ្តដែលជនបរទេសអាចចាប់យកឱកាសវិនិយោគនៅក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ាន។ ដោយផ្តោតទៅលើទិដ្ឋភាពអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ឥតឈប់ឈរនៅក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ លោក Lawrence Kook បានចែករំលែកគន្លឹះដ៏មានគុណតម្លៃនៃការចាប់ផ្ដើមវិនិយោគដែលមានលក្ខណៈងាយស្រួល ដែលអាចជួយជំរុញអ្នកចូលរួមក្នុងការទាញយកអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ពីសក្តានុពលដ៏ធំដែលមាននៅក្នុងទីផ្សារអាស៊ាន។

Cambodia's booming securities sector witnessed a momentous event as PP Link Securities (PPLS) and its Central Counterparty Cambodian Derivatives Exchange (CDX) co-hosted an enormous gathering allowing numerous foreign investors to explore the lucrative investment opportunities in the Kingdom.
