A New Picasso-Branded Landmark Rises in Phnom Penh, Boosting Confidence in the Real Estate Market

On the morning of 17 March 2026, the groundbreaking ceremony of PICASSO SKY GEMME, a 52-storey high-end residential development by Picasso City Garden Development Co., Plc. (PCG), was successfully held in Phnom Penh.
 

More than 300 distinguished guests attended the ceremony. Following speeches and blessing rituals, guests jointly performed the ceremonial groundbreaking, marking the official commencement of the project.

H.E. Dr. Heng Vuthy noted that the project will enhance urban living standards while contributing to employment and economic growth.
