ខ្ញុំសូមប្រកាសអំពីការសម្រេចចិត្តរបស់ខ្ញុំ ក្នុងការលាលែងពីតំណែងនាយកប្រតិបត្តិមិនឯករាជ្យ និងប្រធាននាយកប្រតិបត្តិ នៃធនាគារ ព្រីនស៍ ម.ក ដែលមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពភ្លាមៗ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ២២​ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដើម្បីបន្តការងារផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់ខ្ញុំ។

ខ្ញុំសូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅជាទីបំផុតជូនដល់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល សម្រាប់ការជឿទុកចិត្ត ការគាំទ្រ និងភាពជាដៃគូដ៏មានតម្លៃរបស់ពួកគាត់ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលដែលខ្ញុំកាន់តំណែង។

វាជាកិត្តិយសដ៏ធំធេងសម្រាប់ខ្ញុំ ដែលបានដឹកនាំបុគ្គលិកដ៏ខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងនៃធនាគារ ព្រីនស៍ ដែលបានអនុវត្តភារកិច្ចដោយភាពស្មោះត្រង់ និងការខិតខំអស់ពីសមត្ថភាព ដើម្បីបម្រើអតិថិជន និងសហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេ។ ខ្ញុំមានទំនុកចិត្តជាខ្លាំងថា ក្រុមការងារដឹកនាំ ក្រោមការណែនាំរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល នឹងបន្តដឹកនាំស្ថាប័នឲ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន និងសម្រេចបាននូវជោគជ័យបន្ថែមទៀតនាពេលអនាគត។

Phnom Penh – 22 October 2025 – I am announcing my decision to step down as Non-Independent Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Prince Bank Plc., effective immediately on 22 October 2025 to pursue my personal interests.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the Board of Directors for their trust and partnership during my tenure.

It has been a privilege to lead the dedicated employees of Prince Bank, who worked tirelessly to serve their customers and communities. I am confident that the leadership team, under the guidance of the Board, will continue to steer the institution towards a future of continued growth and success.
