Lucky Supermarket Empowers Cambodian Entrepreneurs with “Local Fair” to Strengthen Domestic Supply Chains
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia – January 29, 2026 – Lucky Supermarket, one of Cambodia’s leading retail chains, has officially launched its “Local Fair,” a strategic initiative aimed at supporting the growth of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and promoting Cambodian-made products. The three-day event is taking place from 29 to 31 January 2026 at the Ground Floor of Lucky Pavilion Mall.
As Cambodia’s retail and manufacturing sectors continue to develop, the Local Fair is positioned as a bridge between local producers and mainstream consumers. The event brings together a wide range of Cambodian brands, showcasing products that include fresh agricultural produce, processed food items, household essentials, and lifestyle goods.
According to Lucky Supermarket, the initiative reflects the company’s broader commitment to strengthening domestic supply chains and increasing market access for local businesses.
Lucky Supermarket highlighted the important role of local producers in strengthening Cambodia’s economy. The company noted that the Local Fair forms part of its long-term strategy to promote sustainable sourcing and enhance the visibility of Cambodian brands within the modern retail sector.
By hosting the Local Fair at a high-traffic urban location such as Lucky Pavilion Mall, the initiative aims to increase market access for SMEs by providing them with a retail platform to present their products directly to consumers, while also boosting consumer awareness of the quality and standards of locally manufactured Cambodian products. At the same time, the event supports economic sustainability by encouraging consumption through domestic supply chains and local partnerships.
The Local Fair is open to the public daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, welcoming consumers, business leaders, and community members to engage with local brands and support Cambodia’s growing SME ecosystem.
