ភ្នំពេញ, ថ្ងៃពុធ ទី0៤ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ -  ឯកឧត្តម ហែម វណ្ណឌី រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាបរធនបាលនៃសហគ្រិនខ្មែរ បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សា បរធនបាលលើកទី ១៩  ដើម្បីកំណត់ទិសដៅនិងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តការងារថ្មី ដើម្បីពង្រីកការគាំទ្រដល់សហគ្រិន និង សហគ្រាសនៅកម្ពុជា និង ឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងចក្ខុវិស័យក្នុងការពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីសហគ្រិនភាពនៅកម្ពុជា។

ចំណុចសំខាន់ៗបីដែលត្រូវបានលើកឡើង និង អនុម័តនៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ រួមមាន៖ 

                               
●    ការលើកកម្ពស់កម្មវិធីថ្នាក់ជាតិ៖ ផ្អែកលើភាពជោគជ័យនៃកម្មវិធីដែលបានអនុវត្តកន្លងមក សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ នឹងពង្រឹង កម្មវិធីថ្នាក់ជាតិជាបន្តដើម្បីគាំទ្រទៅដល់សហគ្រិន និង សហគ្រាសធុនតូច និង មធ្យម នៅទូទាំងប្រទេស ក្នុងន័យជួយបង្កើនផលវិជ្ជមានដល់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងមូលដ្ឋានជាច្រើន។ កម្មវិធីសំខាន់ៗរួមមាន៖ កម្មវិធីសហគ្រិនវិទ្យាល័យ កម្មវិធីសហគ្រិនមហាវិទ្យាល័យ, កម្មវិធីប្រកួតរចនា សំបកវេចខ្ចប់ផលិតផល, កម្មវិធីវិនិយោគទុននិស្សិត, កម្មវិធីប្រកួតប្រជែងកាត់ដេរ ផលិតផលវាយនភណ្ឌ និង កម្មវិធីកញ្ចប់ជំនួយសហគ្រិនខ្មែរ។
●    ការពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយវិស័យឯកជន៖ សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ មានគោលបំណងពង្រឹងភាពជាដៃ គូយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ជាមួយវិស័យឯកជនរួមមាន៖ ធនាគារ ក្រុមហ៊ុនធានារ៉ាប់រង និងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ សហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម តាមរយៈការកសាងបណ្តាញធុរកិច្ច និង ការចូលរួមបង្កើតកម្មវិធី ជាមួយគ្នាដែលមានគុណតម្លៃរួម មានសក្តានុពល និងការប្រកួតប្រជែងខ្ពស់ដែល ទទួលបានសមិទ្ធផលជាច្រើន ក្នុងទម្រង់ជាកិច្ចសហការពហុភាគី។
●    ការពង្រីកការគាំទ្រទៅដល់សហគ្រាសធុនតូចនិងមធ្យម៖ ឆ្លើយតបនឹងស្ថានភាពបច្ចុប្បន្ន សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ នឹងបន្ថែមការគាំទ្រដល់សហគ្រាសធុនតូចនិងមធ្យម ដើម្បីអាចសម្របខ្លួននឹងនិន្នាការថ្មីៗ និងឱកាស សេដ្ឋកិច្ច។ ការគាំទ្រនេះរួមមានការផ្តល់ធនធានចាំបាច់ ជំនាញ បច្ចេកទេស និងឱកាសចូលទីផ្សារ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សមត្ថភាពនិងគុណភាពផលិតផលក្នុងស្រុកនិងបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពប្រកួត ប្រជែងនៅពេល អនាគត។

 ថ្លែងនៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះដែរ ឯកឧត្ដម ហែម វណ្ណឌី បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា៖ « តាមរយៈការពង្រឹងកម្មវិធីថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងធ្វើការជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយវិស័យឯកជន សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ កំពុងត្រួសត្រាយផ្លូវជាក់ស្តែងសម្រាប់សហគ្រិន និង សហ គ្រាសធុនតូច និង មធ្យមដើម្បីរីកចម្រើន អាចប្រកួតប្រជែង និង រួមចំណែកកាន់តែសំខាន់ដល់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ។»

ឯកឧត្ដមបណ្ឌិត ឈៀង វណ្ណមុនិណ្ឌ ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលទទួលបន្ទុកជានាយកប្រតិបត្តិ សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ ក៏បាន លើកឡើងថា៖«សហគ្រិនខ្មែរបាននិងកំពុងពង្រឹងកម្មវិធីថ្នាក់ជាតិដែលទទួលបានចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍និងការវិនិយោគបន្ថែមទៀតពីវិស័យឯកជននិងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ដែលកិច្ចសហការទាំងនេះនឹងផ្តល់ឱកាសឱ្យបង្កើតគុណតម្លៃរួមគ្នាសម្រាប់សង្គម»។

នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាបរធនបាលបានបង្ហាញការបន្តគាំទ្រចក្ខុវិស័យរបស់សហគ្រិនខ្មែរ ក្នុងការរួម ចំណែកកសាង ប្រព័ន្ធនវានុវត្តន៍, ជំរុញកំណើនធុរកិច្ច, និងលើកកម្ពស់ភាពជាដៃគូជាមួយដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និង ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធនៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធ អេកូឡូស៊ីសហគ្រិនភាពដើម្បីបង្កើតបរិយាកាសអំណោយផលសម្រាប់ធុរកិច្ចថ្មី និង សហគ្រាសធុនតូចនិងមធ្យម នៅកម្ពុជា។

 
Khmer Enterprise Strengthens National Programs Through Private Sector Collaboration to Drive Entrepreneurship 
 
Phnom Penh, Wednesday, February 04, 2026 – H.E. Hem Vanndy, Minister of Industry, Science, Technology & Innovation (MISTI) and Chairman of the Khmer Enterprise (KE) Board of Trustees, presided over the 19th Board of Trustees Meeting to define new strategic direction and work plans. The meeting aimed to expand support for Cambodian entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in alignment with the vision of strengthening Cambodia's entrepreneurial ecosystem. 
The Key Points raised and proposed for approval in this meeting include:
●    Advancing National Programs: Building on the successes of past initiatives, Khmer Enterprise will further strengthen its national programs to support entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) nationwide. These programs are designed to enhance inclusive economic growth and generate sustained positive impacts across local economies.
Key initiatives include: Highschoolpreneur Program, Unipreneur Program, Packaging Design Awards program, Student Venture Capital, Garment & Textile Competition, and Assistance Package.
●    Strengthening Collaboration with the Private Sector: Khmer Enterprise aims to deepen strategic partnerships with the private sector, including banks, insurance companies, and other relevant institutions, to promote the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This will be achieved through the establishment of business networks and the co-creation of joint programs that deliver shared value, demonstrate strong potential, and enhance competitiveness through multi-stakeholder collaboration.
●    Expanding Support for local SMEs : In response to current trends, Khmer Enterprise will enhance support for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to help them adapt to emerging opportunities and economic developments. This support includes access to essential resources, technical expertise, and market opportunities, aimed at strengthening capabilities, improving product quality, and enhancing competitiveness for the future.
 
Speaking at the meeting, H.E. Hem Vanndy emphasized: “By strengthening our national programs and working closely with the private sector, we are creating practical pathways for entrepreneurs and SMEs to grow, compete, and contribute meaningfully to the economy.”

H.E. Dr. Chhieng Vanmunin, Delegate of the Royal Government in charge as Chief Executive Officer of Khmer Enterprise, highlighted that: “Khmer Enterprise is strengthening the national programs that are receiving interest and investment from the private sector and development partners, whereby allowing us to create shared value for our society.”
The Board of Trustees expressed its continued support for Khmer Enterprise's vision of fostering innovation, supporting business growth, and strengthening partnerships with development agencies and stakeholders within the entrepreneurial ecosystem to create a vibrant environment for startups and SMEs in Cambodia.
